The gardens were absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. The self-catering units were modern and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and good linen. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic, providing a refreshing experience.

The location of the accommodation is simply incredible. Being surrounded by beautiful gardens allowed me to experience the peacefulness of nature right at my doorstep. the Japanese garden offered stunning sunsets, while the early morning walks around the lake were refreshing and serene. the room itself was comfortable, with a large bathroom and good shower. the staff were friendly, and the cooked breakfast in the on-site cafe was absolutely delicious. a truly unforgettable stay.

The size of the studio apartment was smaller than expected, making it a bit inconvenient for a family of four.

I recently stayed at Pinetum Garden Cottages for a week and it was absolutely superb. The tranquil location in the gardens was perfect and the views from our bungalow were beautiful. The gardens themselves were incredible, with a duck pond, a clean lake, and a Pinetum area that was very interesting. The accommodations were excellent, with a clean and quiet room for the three of us. The kitchen was well stocked, the TV had plenty of entertainment options, and the staff, especially manager Lee, were very accommodating. The communication from Laura was great and she arranged some extras in the room for us. a fantastic stay.

    Would recommend this hotel.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay! the property was cozy and homely, perfect for the holiday season. the gardens surrounding the property were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed taking walks and admiring the beautiful scenery. the location was also fantastic, with the seafront and local stores just a short distance away. It was so convenient to have everything within easy reach. we loved the friendly geese and ducks that were nearby. They added a charming touch to our stay and made it even more memorable.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the shower in our cottage was not properly fitted, so it leaked quite a bit when we used it.

The gardens at Pinetum Garden Cottages were absolutely stunning, exceeding all of our expectations. We loved taking leisurely walks and admiring the beautiful landscaping. The location was also fantastic, with great proximity to local attractions and services. We even made friends with the resident ducks and an elderly cat named Bobby, which added a special touch to our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, and any issues we reported were promptly addressed. we had a peaceful and enjoyable experience during our time at Pinetum Garden Cottages.

The location of this place was incredible, surrounded by beautiful gardens and offering 24/7 access for walks. the accommodation itself was top-notch, with comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Plus, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

The communication before arrival was a bit confusing, with conflicting emails and unclear instructions. the fee for bringing dogs was a bit steep, especially considering we were asked to keep them off the furniture and clean up before leaving.
